Anyone know how long this stays powered after the car is turned off? Does it actually power off?

I have a dashcam plugged into it and I find it switches off about 5-10mins after locking the vehicle. I have also found it powers on whenever you send any remote services to the vehicle e.g. Lock/Unlock, Lights, Ventilation etc.
