I moved the back rest on my bucket seat pulling the lever or latch to get access behind. Then returned it in normal position. Drove and warning came on saying passenger front seat is not lock. After I got to my destination, I inspected it and it appears to be lock and lever working properly but the reclining function no longer works and “not lock” warning stays on. Any of you had the same issue or have a solution or it’s time to let the dealer handle it?

Just an update. It seem its not a common issue since I can’t find anything about it online on our vehicles, so that’s good. But just for the record, I’m not happy that it broke within normal use.
Brought it to the dealer, and they say the “brain” on the passenger bucket seat itself has failed and replacement part will take a month to get. So the waiting game has started for me and it sucks this happened.

That sucks! It’s thing like this that make me real nervous about owning one of these outside the warranty. Who knows how much total cost would’ve been outside of warranty.
