Did they provide the self-tapping screws? Or the rivets? Or did you buy your own?
On one of their Youtube videos they stated that they provide the self tapping screws. Forward to the 7:40 mark...

I really need to get into the business of flipping carbon fiber parts from China. Stuff probably costs a few hundred to make, and resellers flip it for $5000-6000 a kit.

Have you tried. It's PIA. I did that back in the day when LED lights first came out and you could get the Light Bars from China for way less than Rigid at the time. I get that most of the carbon parts are from China but I prefer the CT Carbons design plus best for the price. I searched to go direct but you have to pay for min quantities and designs are ugly. Plus for item thats going to get scratched or damaged.

Interesting! Would love to see that after you've installed it!

The shape creates a nice duckbill but contrasts too much on all colors except black. Will post when it happens

I prefer the squeegee over the fishing line as well.

This. The only 2 non hollow front lips I’ve seen are CT Carbon and Lightweight.

I am also looking to mix and match CT carbon and TRE parts, and thought I could live with a little variation in weave, till I saw how perfectly the BMW M performance weave matches in the kit… now I’m worried about a CT Carbon front lip and TRE side skirts. Screengrabs from the Remove Before Racing YouTube video.

Ha, I am kind of in the same boat though I am going to get the R44 splitter (I like 1 piece splitters as opposed to 3 piece) and CT Carbon side skirts. Will see how it goes.

let me know how the weave matches up! but i think you can get away with it since its side versus front splitter.

Now that there are slide on brake duct covers.. i might forgo the lip just to ensure no weave clash!

Sorry about the delay, but I finally installed my CT Carbon front lip and side skirts.

I'll post some pics here once I take some photos without grass and dirt all over the car (the lawn guys showed up right after I installed the pieces!

Not sure if I already responded (maybe in a different thread?) but it took 11 days from order confirmation to delivery to my doorstep.

It could've been a couple of days shorter had I paid the import duty right away, but I hesitated because it looked/sounded like a scam.

Those of you who have installed CT Carbon front lip, side skirts, diffuser, spoiler...

How about the quality with respect to TRE or Unit17? Are the settings good?

Looks great! I just put them in my cart & almost pulled the trigger...but I'd have to get them wrapped in gloss black ppf. Don't know if I want the extra expense or wait for gloss black options (cheaper).

Mind sharing how you’re finding the fitment of the CT Carbon trunk spoiler?

Agreed would love to see some pics if you have them.

I’m considering paint matching the carbon spoiler. I know have to sand carbon but that’s not the point. I’m thinking paint matched will look best, the alpha n trunk looks pretty good matched to me.

Paint-matched does look best, imo. I had the carbon fiber TRE-01 rear spoiler color-matched. Paid $350 to have it painted.
