Speed Limit Recognition and Units Setting

I took our Canadian M2 into the US on a road trip for the first time today. I couldn’t be bothered to switch units from metric to imperial, but the interesting thing is that the speed limit sign recognition automatically does the conversion to metric for me, rounded down to the closest 5km/h. So for example when a 60mph sign is detected, it will display a 95km/h sign, a 25mph sign will display a 40km/h sign on the dash.
