BMS Clutch Stop: Safe?

The clutch is the only thing I don't absolutely love about my new 2024 G87 so thinking of doing a CDV delete and installing the BMS Clutch Stop.

The old clutch stop thread is full of paranoia and fear that it leads to premature wear and grinding gears:

Folks who've installed it on their G87s: No issues? And how many spacers did you use?

I'd start with the CDV delete and assess. Clutch pedal travel is long, but I've gotten used to it. The CDV delete makes for a dramatic, positive improvement over stock.

I’ve had the BMS clutch stop for a few months now. No issues. Feels so much better. Two out of the three spacers.
