Talk to your dealership and see if they provide BMW Encore service. Don't think all dealerships advertise it or provide it but doesn't hurt to ask.

For every new vehicle I've purchased the dealership had someone offer to set everything up for me or walk me through all the features, settings, buttons, etc. unless I declined. This should have happened for OP unless he purchased used from a non-BMW dealership.
