Driver side is lower by 1.5cm?

I have 2023 model with adaptive dampers. No other suspension mods. Tires are all within 1psi of each other, no heavy things in the car.
Randomly noticed that driver side on both front and rear appears to be lower than passenger.
Measured crudely top of wheel to body and ground to body and it appears driver side is lower by about 1.5cm in both places which points to suspension.
Naturally as soon as I started hearing about it I started noticing all kinds of noises and I wonder if there is a problem or I am just being silly and imagining things. I can’t point to any specific problem that I feel with my butt, besides the rear passenger clunk we all get.
Going to a dealer for scheduled oil change and wondering if I should push for them to investigate or let it go as that’s within normal parameters?

It’s normal on BMWs.

JFYI, the poster Lorcan in that thread was the UK rep for AC Schnitzer so he should know.
