Drain plug torque spec?

Anyone know? Even though I just got the car, I'm gonna change the oil myself a lot sooner than BMW marketing recommends.

I changed mine at roughly 500 miles, really glad i did, the plug was barely over finger tight, i am very familiar with torque estimation by feel and this was less than 5 ft lbs of torque. (I have 3 torque wrenches).

Seems the plug guy at the factory needs some retraining

It’s over 18 months since this was asked and correctly answered. Also this is the G42 forum not the x3 forum.
