As i said, do you not get exactly the same look with matte PPF & none of the drawbacks of matte paint.

FWIW, we had all of our X5 in Frozen Grey wrapped with XPEL Stealth except for the rear tailgate, and one cannot see a difference between wrapped and unwrapped panels.

Because you likely aren't going to find the exact colour you want in matte from standard factory finishes.

Then on top of that is the cost - i'm in the UK and bonnet alone (single panel) was just under £1,000 to do so around $1,200 US.

Costs thousands to do the entire car.

I hate to say it, but it's probably better to get the whole car wrapped.
