No one can say.

If you don't hear any scary noises and the engine otherwise manifests no alarming symptoms/behavior you probably did no harm. Probably.

Studies have found that aggressively broken in engines will develop maximum power sooner than engine broken in less aggressively but will suffer a drop off in maximum power sooner, too.

You say you used the paddles and cranked on the engine for a good 3 miles but while you feel you may have thrashed the engine maybe not.

Short bursts of higher RPMs don't necessarily mean instant engine death. More sustained bursts are more risky. But this is not me stating what you did is ok and could be repeated by you or other owners.

I wouldn’t loose any sleep over it. At 350 miles most of the break-in has already happened.
