Don’t do business with BMWpartsnow
I ordered front mats for my 2024 M2 off their website which clearly showed front mats along with a product ID. Instead of the front mats, they sent just the rear mats which I didn’t want.There was a $38.37 shipping charge. When I called to inform them of the error they offered to reimburse me for the mats, but not the $38.37 shipping charge. This is really poor business practice and I urge anyone who plans on ordering parts for your BMW to look elsewhere. Not pleased.

Since they're being jerks, return the favor. Ship the mats back to them with some sort of proof of delivery. Then file a dispute with your credit card company for the full amount including shipping. Explain to your credit card company that they sent the wrong item. Your credit card company should provide you a full refund and they'll get hit with a charge back fee.
