I second this. I saw that video and it sounded beautiful even with the valve closed. Honestly this is what I’m going for.

Correct me if I’m wrong though, i remember hearing that it may throw CEL or give you issues with smog?

The midpipe will not trigger the check engine light; only downpipes do that.

That said, smog is a separate issue; some states do an OBD check, meaning if you dont have a CEL, you are good; others do a physical, and others have more strict requirements. It all depends on your state laws.
