Same. You must have been the person in front of me. I had the second allocation for a ‘25.

Was stuck on step 2 “scheduled for production” for a few weeks before last week it got bumped back to step 1 “order received”. Today finally moved up to step 3 with a VIN! Can’t wait to start tracking the cargo ship! 🚢

Clear wrap and window tinting has been applied. Now they're putting XPEL on. I've never had it done before, so hopefully it's worth it. I absolutely hate waxing cars.

As for the tires, I've only ever found one OEM tire that was better than an aftermarket alternative. I never seem to have a problem burning them up though, so it shouldn't take me long to get to the upgrade if that's what's necessary.

Looks sick! What tint percent did you go with. Post some side pics when you get a chance? Also how did they do tinting the dot matrix on edge of the glass for the doors?

How much for the whole car ppf? Just curious.

And the tires are probably fine. BMW won't put a bad tire on an M car and Yokos are not bad tires. You will see every tire brand except Michelin trashed on these forums.

Can you check if the rear brake has the M badge clip or is it still missing on the 25’s.

I went with the maximum that's legally allowable in Georgia, whatever that is. I'm completely unaware of the dot matrix thing, so I guess we'll see.

I normally go 20% all-around with a 5% strip / eyebrow. This new ceramic tint my shop has is either 15% or 25%. I'm kinda stuck on what to get. 15% all-around is pretty dark at night. 25% is not dark enough during the day.
And yes, living at 6,800ft makes a difference on how awful the sun can be during driving.

That would be 35%. Where did you take it to get done? I usually do 50% on entire windshield and 20% on windows. I don’t think I’m going to tint my M2 though. I got the carbon buckets and I kinda want to showcase them. This would be the first car ever that I don’t tint, so we’ll see how long I can go without it.

AP3 Marietta. So far, the communication has been great. They've been sending me an update every day. We'll see about the quality of work when I pick it up today or tomorrow.

Yeah, they did my Raptor tint. They’re solid. I’m still stuck at the port in Brunswick. Hopefully it gets in a truck to United today or tomorrow.

I have them done the PPF, ceramic coating and window tint for my MY24 M2. Their work so far holds up very well.

I didn't get the whole car done. Just the hood, front bumper, side skirts, lower doors and behind the front & rear wheels. For that, the tinting and the XPEL it was just under $4K.

That lighting really makes it look like it's not metallic in the picture. It does look metallic in natural light, though I do wish there was more.
