It was 28-29C (~84F) yesterday. It's very dry and dusty here, hasn't rained in a couple weeks. We're looking forward to another week without rain in the mid 20s, slowly cooling.
Went for a little road trip to a bike park yesterday. There was some live band playing in the park and they mentioned it was the last Sunday of the summer... |

Our overnight low was a comfortable 49 F last night, and the week's forecast is for daytime high temps to be slowly dropping through the 70's F as the week progresses. We may get rain from down south on Wednesday.
The southern rain will be coming from another surprise tropical storm that will be popping up off of Myrtle Beach, SC and moving inland. No threat to our SC tree farm, although today's high will only be 71 F with rain and a lake wind advisory.....

Few hours ago it was pouring so much even the ducks were panicking but it's cleared to reveal a scorching sun at 22C, perfect to do some more garden clearing.

Hot as shit. Freakin drought going on right now. Haven't had rain in weeks. Everything is brown and dead. Been 88-91 every day for the past 3 weeks.
Calling for low 70s and low 50s starting Monday...we will see and I freakin hope!
