Dyno Results SAE Adjust (478whp)

Took my 2024 G87 M2 to the dyno today. The only modifications that could effect power are :
- ER mid pipes
- BMC Filters

Results: All to the wheels with SAE adjustment
Pull 1: 478.21 HP | 430.60 TQ
Pull 2: 465.55 HP | 409.85 TQ
Pull 3: 462.06 HP | 413.89 TQ
Pull 4: 474.21 HP | 433.82 TQ

Can't wait for the 500whp (20hp adjustment) the new m2 will have

Geez! These cars are really making over 500 crank?! I was thinking it might be closer to 470 crank, adjusted.

The hardest part was figuring out dyno mode as well :/

I'm so used to e36 m3's and the e9x platform we had no idea why the car was hard limited to 3k. We spent more time figuring out Dyno mode than actually doing pulls lol

Seems super strong, I'd guess its realistically 465 wheel on average with first run having less heat soak as well

But 540+ crank HP is pretty nuts when bmw claims its 450....This is why I'm skeptical of the 2025 M2 have a "power increase". I imagine its the same tune and power just a closer to the actual numbers the car is putting out.

Is your M2 8at or 6mt? I wonder if they dyno the same or different.

I believe it they have been lying about crank numbers for awhile now.

Automatic (8 speed)

It seems their "crank hp" is actually their WHP which is a good. I assume they do this so even on the "worst day" you'll get the advertised numbers.

Attached is a 2021 G80 M3 Comp (STD adjustment, not SAE)

So it does seem that we receive the "non comp" tune for our S58 as this one is a bit heavier on the boost.
