Now there is the new centre air vents in the dash that has a new ambient lighting strip, is there still the ambient lighting strip across the passenger side dash like the 23/24’s? Some say it’s gone.
It’s gone on the passenger side 100%. I don’t recall which thread, but someone posted a night pic of the ambient lighting for the 25 and confirmed the passenger light bar is gone. There is now a lightbar above the vent in the center. All other ambient lighting remains the same. Below is the pic.

Maybe this is good since I don’t know what I’m missing?
That would be great thanks mate, much appreciated!

Thanks for clarifying, disappointed it’s gone though as I am a sucker for some impressive ambient lighting, really lifts the wow factor in the cabin IMO.

I did see the above post in that other thread and got excited. If you zoom in it looks like there are M tri colour lighting across the passenger dash which I thought was awesome!!!!
As it turns out it must of been reflection from the door card lights and wishful thinking on my behalf.

That's a lot of dash light at night. Can the map be dimmed significantly or even turned off? Just looks like so much screen.

Yeah I have mine all set to lowest brightness and it’s barely noticeable at night

It can be turned completely off

2025 M2

I owned a 2024 M2 and now have a 2025 M2. The 2025 definitely seems to be stronger. I'm hoping to put it on a dyno soon, but until then I won't know for sure. My 2024 tested about the same as all the ones posted on YouTube, 469-471 hp at the rear wheels.

I've already seen a Euro 2025 put down 490 rwhp (stock) - it's real

I have a '25, and can confirm that the ambient lighting strip across the passenger side dash is indeed gone.
