Came out great...just need Dahler flap controller as the Valvetronics one made the car throw a code shop said. So agreed with the shop and used OEM BMW valve setup and flaps are controlled by BMW car/ECU. Send me a PM when you guys get another FLASH sell or sale and I'll order them.

The shop doesn't know what they are doing. I have had the Valvetronic valved sport exhaust system on the car since October 2023...valve controller works perfectly and no codes. |

Let me clarify they gave me the option to do the Valvetronic controller but did advise me other M2's the had done with the same system had codes/fault afterwards from the controller so I was given an option of OEM control or the Valvetronic controllers for the flaps. I chose the easier option to stay OEM control and valves to ensure everything was okay/kosher so to speak. Can add them later or go Dahler if I want OEM plug and play without having to do additional wiring that Valvetronics requires. Thanks for the additional info though...appreciated and will talk with my shop again later.

With that response from them, exactly my point. They don't know what they are doing. Contact Austin, he will help you get it figured out. No reason to spend hundreds of more dollars when you have everything you need with the Valvetronic system. |
