But have you renewed your ConnectedDrive subscription? That's usually needed for it.

I'm in a 2022 G15. My R3DV is fully op.

Observation....You both have 2025 models.

Check for any software updates.

Ah good observation. There was no software updates but this morning I went on the app again and it started to work! I didn’t change anything with the settings I guess they just ended up fixing it themselves.

did you activate your profile in the car?.. did you set the privacysettings for camera use to active?
