Docol R8 is 15% stronger than 4130 CrMo steel and 30% stronger than mild (DOM) steel used by other roll bar manufacturers. It is superior in every way: resistance to deformation, weld strength, and energy dissipation.

A Roll Bar Design as Bulletproof as the M2 Itself
CMS Performance designed the G87 roll bar with a one-piece main roll hoop featuring reinforced X-bracing along with a horizontal harness bar. X-brace gussets can be added as an option add even more strength and rigidity.

The harness bar is specifically designed to locate racing harness shoulder straps at the proper angle (0° to -20°) in most seating positions. Every CMS Performance G87 M2 roll bar bolts directly to the BMW's chassis, forming the rock-solid backbone of your roll-over and impact protection. Rearward kicker support angles are optimized for structural integrity and easy installation, while preserving your unobstructed rear view.
