You need to look above the pan of the transmission to see if there is any oil leak higher up.

If you care to pursue this leak search more thoroughly use a can or two of brake cleaner in an aerosol can and spray all around the pan above the pan on the transmission then clean the pan and all the oil sign from it.

Then drive the car some. Drive the car normally. No need to hot rod it. But give it a reasonable mix of city and highway. And drive it enough to get the engine and transmission fully up to temperature.

Then check for leak sign.

Or you can just take the car in to the dealer. I had a (used but under warranty) Porsche Turbo manifest a bit of an oil leak from a transmission selector shaft seal. (Transmission was a 6-speed manual.) Tech spotted the leak sign while I had the car in for an oil/filter service.

See attached pic of the leak. Admittedly the leak didn't seem that *bad*. But tech said it would only get worse and Porsche must have agreed with him because Porsche decided to replace the transmission under warranty.

I would go straight to dealer for them to figure out. Espeically if its only 1 month old. No point in trying to find the source of the leak if you have warranty.
