Official FROZEN PORTIMAO BLUE G87 M2 Thread

Lonely Sunday as my new MY25 FPB is out for PPF/Tinting/Ceramic. Long drive to the shop yesterday, but she was protected (Xpel Tracwrap). Temp wrapped for 6 days waiting for the hurricane to pass. That worried me a bit, but it came off like a breeze when I got there, nothing left behind… love that stuff!

Do you have the Blue Calipers? If, so does your sticker say anything about the color of calipers under standard equipment?

If you do have the blue, do you mind sharing your build?

Mine came with red even though I didn't order them and it's showing red under standard equipment. I'm thinking maybe red is standard on my setup somehow?

fluffhead yeah I have blue calipers and yes I think red is the standard and you have to option the blue caliper (zero cost option). I will take photo of window sticker in a bit.

fluffhead see attached photos of my window sticker and vehicle inquiry report. I don’t see the caliper color listed at all which I find strange. I just remeber online when I built it out I selected blue calipers and then I sent that build number to my CA.

For Germany 🇩🇪 blue is the standard colour and red is an option for 300€.

Can't remember what it said for the '24, but the '25 shows Blue default and red can be chosen. My sticker shows M Compound Brakes with Red Cal as Included, my order doesn't show it chosen, and BMW site and app show it as Standard Equipment.

A few more after using Dr. Beasley's Matte Detail Spray. Used this to get all the hard water stains off (someone else I saw posted this worked well, and I agree with them!). After washing the car twice, the hard water stains were still dried on. Simple wipe down with this spray and it took care of them!

And agree. FPB made this car for me. The frozen transforms this car. And the PPF makes it a breeze to take care of.
