I also have a week 42 individual but I am stuck on step 9 final assembly I am East Coast though.. I am hoping it's moving and they just haven't updated it, genius said individual cars have to be manually updated or something

Glovis Sun gang, I noticed that the itinerary on vessel tracker shows Baltimore on 11/5, but my car is supposed to be dropped in Brunswick on 11/4.

I don’t do much vessel tracking, anybody know if they only list the final port of call on the vessel tracking sites? Or is my ship going to Baltimore before Brunswick for some reason?

Even if that were the case, Baltimore isn't the final port call for this voyage. My car is slated to arrive in NY on 11/11 on Glovis Sun.

I see what you're talking about. The Port of Brunswick definitely has Glovis Sun as an expected arrival for 11/5.

Hyundai Glovis schedules are just not publicly available from the carrier. If someone has some kind of higher level access to logistics information, I really think that's the only way to get that schedule. I've searched for over a week and consulted with the help of AI. Short of calling a broker and asking, I really don't know how to get that information.

Another thing that occurred to me was maybe there was a change to the schedule, but that wouldn't make sense either if your car is on the Glovis Sun. I had been tracking every car carrier in and around Veracruz and Altamira for about the last two weeks. There weren't too many at first, but around 10/17 a few started to roll in, and by last Friday there are at least 12 RO-RO car carriers that BMW has contacted in the past that make trips to the east coast of the US either at port loading or anchored just outside of Veracruz/Altamira.

There is a Wallenius Wilhelmsen ship called Morning Menad that's doing back to back trips from Altamira to NY with no other stops. Glovis Sky left just before Glovis Sun. There are also a few NYK Line ships running around. Global Leader is in route to Altamira and will be doing an east coast route thereafter. Again, I recognize none of this helps you directly, but maybe added context could help.

I also have been checking Import Info for the same amount of time trying to use the free bills of landing, although very limited in what you can see without a paid account for $60/month, to try to identify which ship my car would be on. I did see that there are 7 Lamborghini Huracans on the Glovis Sun with our cars. Pretty cool!

You have to find a dealer with an allocation available. I was placed on a waitlist with my first dealer but kept shopping around for an allocation.

The dealer will let you know if the allocation is available and immediately give you a production number. I’m only at 34 days since ordering and my car is in quality control.

The carbon roof does not show up in these photos. I think it makes it look awesome. I went back and forth on the black or silver wheels. I had black on the 2011 WRX so I decided to go silver this time.

MAD oil skid plate, ceramic coating and window tinting are next and all for a bit.

Nice! Which dealer did you order from? Also got fingers crossed for pilot sports although I’ve seen a lot of UK cars arriving on Pirelli’s.

I’ve been trying to work out what boat the car might be on but no such luck yet and BMW UK can’t tell you which one

Latest hypothesis, it doesn’t look like Glovis Sun is planning to stop at Brunswick today based on its current position.

I also found a site which lists all port Brunswick traffic for the next 15 days, it has Glovis Sun listed on 11/14.

So I guess for some reason it’s going to Baltimore first, then NY, and finally stopping at Brunswick on the way back.

I know it’s only an extra 10 days, but damn it that’s and extra 10 days!!!
