What after marker spoiler have you added?

Looking at adding a carbon rear spoiler to my M2. There is a lot out there and wanted to see if anyone had any suggest on who to go through and what style to consider?

I went with the TRE ID-01 from AutoID and couldn’t be happier. Been on the car for about 9 months and looks great.

I have the same spoiler. Excellent quality, so excellent in fact that the painter who painted over the carbon fiber was upset he was doing it

Have a Frozen Grey on order - does anyone know if you can order car with a factory spoiler / lip delete so I won't have to remove (risk damage) to install a carbon fibre lip post sale?

I have frozen blue - I installed my lip fine with zero damage.

And no, you can’t order the car lipless. Frozen is a lot tougher than people give it credit for. Especially when it’s underneath PPF.

I believe he means it is not as sensitive (only stating as what is was written could be taken in different ways).

Do you mind detailing the steps you took to remove the lip and any residual sticky tape?

I have some pics buried in the 2025 order thread, but basically, mask off all of the areas around the stock lip and use the fish-line kit. Do it in such a way they line only contacts the lip and not the paint underneath (this was easily done in my case). Use a mix of goo-gone, 3M wheel and a lot of care with keeping the 3M wheel only warm, never hot to melt the clearcoat and then have a beer or 2, cause you'll need it to nurse your aching thumbs. It's a lot of work, so don't rush it. Go slow and careful and you'll be rewarded by zero paint damage. I've laway wondered if I'm going to do the TRE wing, so I made sure there'd be zero blemishes on the paint if/when I ever pulledthe trigger on that. In the mean time, I'm enjoying the TRE CF wing.

RW Carbon on the M2. Excellent fit and finish.

Karbel Carbon on the i4. Also excellent fit and finish.

I don't think you can go wrong with any reputable CF distributor.

Definitely my favorite spoiler thus far.

Love the bronze wheels too! I’m thinking of two-piece with gunmetal myself.
