2025 BMW M2-New Member
Hi Bimmerpost.
Excited to share with the community here. I had a 2000 M Coupe in silver over black which is still my favorite car that I've had. I leased it and sadly gave it up after 3 years. I had a 2001 BMW E46 M3 manual LSB from new in March 2021 and sold it 2 years ago. Highly modified street/track car. Was a great car and I def. miss it. For the last decade I've been driving a 2015 VW GTI autobahn manual, stock. On the fence if I'm going to sell when the new car arrives or keep it for bad weather and moving stuff around. 40K miles on the clock. I'm excited to share I have a 2025 M2 incoming in Voodoo Blue, manual. Car as of this week is in "Production Begins". I have a VIN! I will keep an update on the progression on this page. Many thanks and hope to get to know some of you soon. Jonathan Miller Philadephia Main Line |

Congrats!!! If you're still able to make any changes, get them to not install the wireless charger. On the manual, it's in your armrest compartment, takes up 25% of the volume in there, and it barely charges my phone at all. It tends to overheat my phones on a hot day after 10-15 minutes of driving. And that charger does not work with Digital Key either

It is in the ZF8 version only. That one has a digital key compatible NFC chip too. The manual takes up more of that area so they moved the charger to the armrest compartment without the same tech it seems. It’s not a huge deal, just be prepared to use a charging cable haha

In Philly I'd seriously consider keeping the GTI for your daily/winter car. In January 2002 I had just bought a new Porsche Boxster. Just a few weeks later a big snow/ice storm hit. (KC MO area.) In my new Boxster I managed to get around but it was not a pleasant experience. So I began my search for a 2nd car and in short order decided on and found a new Golf TDi with a 5-speed manual fitted from the factory with some awesome Michelin all season tires. |
