Just what the title says . Has anyone found a way to keep the front active grill slats open without throwing a CEL ?

Hooked up a front intake scoop similar to the one on the F30 and reduces temps very well from iat but slats only stay open when a/c is on max 5 .

Would love to keep it open without the
a/c being on max .

If anyone has bypassed it or coded it or anything without throwing a CEL please post .
