Those of you that installed the Rogue DSSR with the SSK, is there a trick to getting the pivot bolt on the shift lever?

I was able to get the bolt in and started, but I still have like 5mm of gap to close. I’m not able to turn the bolt by fingertip anymore and there is hardly any clearance up there.

I’m hoping there is a trick I’m overlooking other than suffering through a 1/8 turn at a time until this thing is tight….
