Anyone ever get this screen layout?

Both screens were acting wonky on my 4-hour drive today, flickering, infotainment going black, etc. Then out of nowhere while using the auto cruise, the main screen flashed and this popped up. After stopping to get gas, the screens went back to normal & I couldn't replicate this one shown below

Normal efficient/cruise control screen. Also have had to reset iDrive 5x today.

1. Message popped up saying "you have been set to primary user" - would not connect to device.

2. Connected to device but no sound coming out while spotify music was playing.

3. "Bluetooth version not supported"

4. Connected to device, music playing. Played text, no sound from music after text was finished.

5. Seems to be working normally now.
