Turner Motorsports Cat back exhaust...I like it.

They also have a race setup for just under $800 now on sale.

Good stuff. How would you say this route compares to just mid pipe replacement?

if you are going to get that exhaust, i'd skip their race exhaust as its pretty much a straight pipe for $799
It's going to be very raspy, and it will drone.

Their performance exhaust is not bad, but I prefer the single midpipe setup for a cleaner tone.

Perhaps he prefers the raspy tone and drone.

That’s why there’s vanilla and chocolate.

I completely understand; it’s all about personal preference. I’m sharing my opinion based on my taste, but of course, no one is obliged to agree. That’s what makes these discussions interesting

I think these discussions are less interesting when personal and business interests collide.

That’s my opinion.

I'm not hiding that I am a vendor. I have explained the reasoning behind my opinion. You’re free to accept it or disregard it

I’m not forcing my opinion on anyone. However, it feels like you’re attempting to silence my opinion because you don’t agree with it.

If you want to make the discussion more interesting, consider answering OP's question and sharing your opinion. Explain your reasoning and then you can have a more thoughtful conversation

My opinion in the post is quite clear.

Agree or disagree, that’s up to you.

Much better option, if you decide to get it, please share your feedback and some sound clips

To be honest Mike, I am probably just going to do the single midpipe and be done with it. I will reach out to you when I am ready.

Will try again. Cat back vs Mid pipe replacement.

Pros/Cons anyone can share? Apologies if I’m incorrect but presuming “cat back” keeps factory mid pipe.

Thanks.

its the opposite

catback means you are replacing the muffler and the midpipe
axle back means you are only replacing the rear (muffler)

in most cases catback is louder because the stock midpipe has cats and resonators, when you get an aftermarket midpipe its either straight pipe or its got smaller resonators
