Bought a lambo!
After a trip to Europe I decided to consolidate some vehicles and go all in one amazing supercar. I present to you my 2017 Lamborghini Aventador Supervelcoce Roadster.
It’s a dream come true. I was so impressed with the build quality, refinement and driving experience of the Aventador. |

Thank you! Just completed major service + new tires service using a indie mechanic friend that knows these cars well. With that out of the way I’ll do my annual at the lambo dealer.
I’m thinking about a satin PPF. Would you do it? Or go gloss? |

Ridiculous that a front plate has to be on that vehicle!

It’s missing the carbon interior but has the race seats, b&o audio, branding package (headrest logo , lambo emblem on dash), SV interior pack, Alcantara steering wheel, rear view camera etc.

The weather in Vancouver is iffy at best in November so only had a short city drive but it was enough for me to know I made the right decision. I’ve had some nice cars but this feels over the top special. F16 on wheels!! The best part is interacting with the engine / transmission as you row up and down the gears , the v12 is such a joy, surprisingly it lack low end with most of the power up top. It’s
stiff being a carbon tub. It loves to be revved and much happier on an open road vs a Starbucks run downtown. The cabin is well insulated, the glass is thick, it’s quiet with the windows rolled up, the interior fit and finish is very good, quality of materials are up there. Haven’t tried the audio system yet because owners manual was missing and didn’t have the PIN to connect the Bluetooth. Feels way more special than a 600LT / 765LT / Pista / Speciale / 296…… |

Wow. This is a car which sits in our imaginary garage in imaginary spot number 12 of 20.
How many miles per year are you planning to drive it? What's your other daily driver? |

Thanks guys! Appreciate the love. The Aventador will be fondly remembered for being the last of a generation- v12 mid engine. With this being a 1/500 car the hope is that it’s safe money. The roadster is extra special IMO, the body lines are quiet different vs coupe.
I’ve had quite a few choose gloss or satin PPF… still have a few weeks to decide 🤔. As for exhaust I was considering the factory race exhaust but it doesn’t use valves so decided against it. I also like the 4 tailpipes so if anything might go with 200 cell sport cats. Where I live there are a few cops that target super cars, issuing vehicle inspections which are complicated to resolve. Love the Gintani but going to stay low-key(ish) lol. As for my car fleet our family hauler is a 2022 BMW Alpina XB7, my daily is a 2018 Giulia Quadrifoglio… also have a 2019 600LT coupe with roof scoop but will be parting with it soon. |
