Mounted the cold weather wheels/tires and replaced the floor mats with the all-weather versions.

The wheel/tire package is 275/35R19 Pirelli P Zero winter tires on 9x19 and 9.5x19 829M wheels. Part nos. 36115A71A86 (front) and 36115A71A89 (rear)

Floor mats are part no. 51-47-2-473-238

Been doing this for years but finally ordered a pair of wheel alignment studs. Can't believe I waited this long before using these. Black Friday deal for $6.79 is a no-brainer. Size M14x1.25.

Many Discount Tires are like this. As long as they are using the pucks in the lifting points I see no problem with it.

most of the tire shops around me in CT do that too, makes it faster and possibly less likely damage for the car. I know what your saying though

Angry car vandalism Garden Grove 92840

Sad to report that my '24 M2 got broken into over the weekend sometime Friday night. :/ I parked on the street (residential area) I found out on Saturday morning

Luckily i didn't have any valuable inside the car but the quarter panel glass is smashed. I live in Garden Grove, CA. Some part of the city is no longer safe. It's used to be a safe area. I filed police report and they said they will try to DNA scan for evidence.

Anyone know a good security/dash cam system?

That sucks. At least police came out and will try DNA scan. Here in San Antonio, they just give you a report number over the phone and that's it. Typically no investigation at all.

Got the car aligned under the factory warranty (2,000 miles) so it was no charge from the dealership. They were kind enough to put my OEM wheels back on, do the alignment, then put my winter wheels (non-OEM) back on at no charge as well. So, shout out to BMW of Springfield (NJ) for doing that for me!

The only thing that was out was the "toe" on the front wheels.

THey said they can DNA scan but that mean i will need to also submit DNA from my wife, kids etc because they have been inside the car in the last 72 hours. It's such a hassle but at least the police show some effort.

Still have to pay $500 deductible which probably the cost of the glass replacement. suck

It costs thousands of dollars to test DNA and then compare it to criminals in the nationwide data base. I think they are BSing you.
