Have a 2024 G42 m240i and am looking into getting the Active Autowerks Catted DP. My car also has the M Performance Exhaust and heard this is a great combo.
Also getting the Burger Tuning intake.

Anyone have experience running this without a tune or think it would cause issues? Not looking to tune my car anytime soon cause of warranty but may consider a JB4 in the future.

Ran it alone and with a JB4. Never had an issue. AA is top knotch. Just ordered a new mid pipe for my new M2 after running their full system on my last M2.

My car was also sold CPO by the dealer I sold it to. Take that for what it's worth.

they certified it with the AA dp still on it? im assuming you took off the jb4

Yup, when they looked at it the first time it was fully modded. I returned it to stock before the trade-in.
