Yes. I like it.

I had the AA EL Gen1 and swapped it for Gen2. The Gen2 is more tame and not as "raw," but it sounds much better in the low-mid rpm range (which is a big win). They both have the same tone, but the main difference between them is the noise level.

Thanks for your review and thoughts on this! Sound like good improvements and along what I'm looking for.

Gains of around 12whp have been seen on a stock tune.

Yes, forgot to mention that. Our stainless mid-pipe will save roughly 20 lbs.

[QUOTE=Murp;31505077]

I see a lot of people talk about some type of rattle / tap noise after changing to an aftermarket midpipe and I wanna make sure I don’t run into this issue.

My buddy just got the single midpipe installed and you can def now hear some sort of rattle / tapping noise after install.

Anyone else experience this rattle/ tapping noise ? What would cause this ?

If you have a rattle, its the brace. i have had different single midpipes from different on a number of M4s

Every time that was the slightest rattle, it was the single midpipe.

You need to make sure the brace has enough clearance for when the car is running; if the brace has just enough clearance with the car off, then it's not enough for when the car is on.
also, sometimes the midpipe gets a little looser, and it starts hitting the brace when originally it had cleared it.
