Anyone found a good way to wire a radar detector? (For reference, I have an ESCORT Max 3)

I want a new one, but the reason i stop using the old one was insanity-inducing falsing

Not just the rando K, Ka, X bands but full on alarm blaring laser alerts with 2 cars on the road (no cops)

With all the new sensors, self driving, at there detectors that filter all that out?

Not buying a $500+ detector just to make noise

The key is setting it up properly. Where I live, Ka Band is king. Lazer is useless. If they get you, your gone. So I turn that off. K band is useless too.

radar votex forum has settings per state and I use those. Mine never goes off unless there is a cop using his Ka band which again, is king where I live.
