Performance Center Delivery Denied!
Just got word from my dealer that BMW denied my PCD. Car is currently in transit and status 190. I’m told it’s due to the backlog the PCD in SC is experiencing. Was really looking forward to it. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I doubt they will do a voucher as all new cars can do a new driver experience which is the same thing except it's after delivery.
They stopped doing them altogether except for the X3 or X5. I am hoping this is sorted out by the spring/summer |

They suspended PCD for a few months, but that was a while ago. There are no restrictions on PCD now.

PCD is def. back for all models, since May i believed.
I did mine in Oct. for the 240i. Looks like the SA dropped the ball.

I was saying it previously was suspended but now is back. But when I spoke to an actual good SA they said there was a delay but it shouldn't be a problem. My current SA also said it shouldn't be a problem but won't be able to do anything until the car is in production. So I was saying hopefully the backup is resolved by summer as ly car is scheduled for production in March. As you said it could very well be the SA as my local dealer doesn't even want to do PCD. They would rather pay for a track day lol |

My car is sitting in brunswick rn but I am supposed to be getting PCD, I'll let you guys know how far out they are scheduling from when it made it to brunswick.
My CA also tried to dissuade me from PCD several times for the delay but until I hear how long its going to take to get it from brunswick.. this whole process has been delays so it really is not that big of a deal to potentially wait a little longer lol |

PCD needs to be submitted with the build, not when the car is in production.
I've done two PCDs this year with 2 different dealers, both submitted with the build.

I just did PCD last Wednesday, Dec 4th. Took about a month between arriving at Brunswick, installing the M Performance suspension at the port and then scheduling the pickup. They only had mid-week days available for pickup. Fridays, etc are all booked.

Same here. At the port in Brunswick to get the M-Performance parts installed, then to the Performance Center.
