Agreed, it was pretty easy. Was able to take the single use clamp off with a crappy pair of needle nose pliers.. took some effort, but would be better with a flathead.

Always gives me the heebie jeebies fiddling around near the turbo inlet.. second guessing if I tightened the bottom clamp enough, but I'm sure it'll be fine.

If you dyno stock vs intake, you will see some performance gains ~ 10 whp

that said, don't expect a big difference when driving. +10 whp on high RPM is not that big of a difference. get the intake for the sound improvement and looks; the extra power is a bonus.

I have had this intake for the past 3 years on my car and recently removed the air filter to clean it as it was pretty dirty. I can't recall, do i need to oil this filter before reinstalling it?

Yes you would want to re-oil it after cleaning. You can use a standard K&N, S&B or whomevers recharge kit. Just be sure to let the filter completely dry and be conservative on oiling.
