Gyeon Leather Shield Smell
I decided to clean my leather and put a ceramic coat on top of it to keep it looking nice and matte so I bought Gyeon Leather Cleaner Natural (Mild), a brush, and Gyeon Leather Coat. Did the cleaning procedure on my steering wheel, shifter, interior door handles, front seats, and center console armrest then applied the Leather Coat. Looks great after curing for 6ish hours but the smell was absolutely horrible. It smells like a fish tank if I roll up the windows and let it sit for like an hour so I’ve been driving windows down and leaving the windows down in the garage to let it vent out. How long does this smell usually last and is it normal?

The "leather" seats, console lid, door handles already have a protective coating on them. Put a drop of water on them & watch it bead on top. As stated in the owners manual, a damp microfiber cloth every once in awhile is sufficient.

Update: Went away after ~24 hours of letting the car sit with the windows down after application.
