FS: 2024 G42 Stock Exhaust
I am looking to sell my stock exhaust which has about 1500 miles on it. Shipping seems like it will be extremely expensive due to size and weight so looking to sell locally if possible. |

How's the new exhaust feel?
Yeah once I get mine in, IDK what I'll do with it. It's too large to store anywhere, I may just leave it with the muffler shop tbh because I don't know of a market for stock exhausts selling, and it's a pretty mediocre exhaust lol |

Yeah I know that this is unlikely to sell, but at least it posted in the event someone is looking.
As far as the ECS exhaust I'm mostly liking it with a few exceptions. The drone is kind of annoying, but the resonance is worse at really low speed/rpm. I'm not sure if I installed the exhaust wrong, but it was directly in contact with the aluminum cross brace that runs underneath the driver's seat. This is where the resonance was worse, and the clinking when going over bumps made the car sound cheap. II tried to adjust but nothing really worked and I wound up buying some exhaust wrap and installing in in the section that made contact. Much better now. My other complaint is that the tips are not great for the amount that they are charging. No matter how you adjust the clamps you can absolutely see them when looking at the back of the car. I'm thinking about getting a set of the carbon ones from Aldi Express, but I'm pissed that I already spent $200 plus on the ECS ones. I tried contacting ECS multiple times and was never actually able to get through to a person to discuss these issues. What are your thoughts? |
