Lowering springs question
I'm due to take delivery of my M2 in the next couple of weeks and looking at the suspension setups available. I'm looking at the Eibach pro kit which states drop rates as follows... Front 15-20mm | Rear 10-15mm.
I already have a set of spacers from my G42 which will fit, which will be ran as 15mm front at 12mm on the rear. Has anyone ran a similar set up and are there any rubbing issues? If so, how are they rectified.. thanks |

Dave07997S this looks sharp and the way your car came out was one of the reasons why I just ordered a set of Eibach springs. I also ordered spacers for 15F/12R. Just in case there is rubbing, I also have a set of modified liners on order, so I don’t have to alter my stock ones. I’ll share some pics once it’s all installed.

I ran 12mm spacers front / back with port installed MP HAS max drop. 0 rub. I swapped to 19x10 +11 and 20x11 + 8 wheels on oem ps4s stretched no spacers no rub. Swapped to 285/35 in front and 305/30 rear, fronts would have rubbed with that setup but opted for the R44 fender liner clearance kit first so no rub either after going wider.

Are you going with those sizes on the OEM wheels? I wouldn't go beyond a 275/295 setup on OEM wheels. However, thanks for the kind words!!
