Exhaust valve opens automatically. Drive modes don't open/close valve

Drive modes don't open/close valve Hi everyone, Recently my ‘22 m240i’s exhaust valve has started to open a few seconds after start-up and stays open. Changing the drive mode doesn’t open/close the valve. I have already checked the fuse and it appears to be good. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? Thanks!
