Advice Vs BMW frozen paint
Bought a customized m240 2025 frozen gray
Once they called me for picking up noticed paint had lots of watermarks Immediately said to seller I wont accept it and they started running Till they gave me a “fast solution of put some light wax” of course those watermarks removed and they told me rest of them will vanish after first wash as they stated it was an special clear wash to protect all bmw paints from transportation issues…. Of course It didnt resolved and bring it back to dealership After 10 days no answer I decided to go and they put a new decontaminant which distroyed the matt finish of the hood! Dealership workers said they have no enough experience on matt finish!!! Suckers before I customized it I ask about it and they again lied and said they are BMW proffesionals and they have everything neccesary for repair/ repaint in case of crash… Of course Im angry with that lier/fraudulent deal They still have the car and no formal answer yet! What shall I do? Accept repaint of brand new car? Another factory painted hood? Full PPF to mimic their shit? Go legal? Plan was to protect its paint with Dr Beasleys Ceramic Coating |

Accept a brand-new hood or car. A repaint will actually diminish the cars value. The way they attempted to repair it was unacceptable because frozen finishes require special attention in removing such contaminants.
