I don't use the mint leaves and for additional seasoning, a blend of lemon and herbs as seen in post #444. Really good! When I bring some at work, it's gone in no time.

Tabbouleh is really great. Do you not like fresh mint? For me it is a game changer, and at the same time might not appeal to everyone.

Do you use cumin or sumac? Both are great, and regionally appropriate, seasonings.

Yes, I added cumin although not specified in the recipe. No sumac, maybe next time as I didn't have any. I don't care much about mint unless it's in my Mojitos.

Tabbouleh is great as it's very open to variations. I saw several different recipes on-line.
