Really odd body gap ON '24 G87 M2

I noticed this odd body gap between the bottom side skirt and body right behind the driver and passenger door on my new to me 2024 G87. Gaps are equal both sides but they seem too large to be normal. Has anyone else noticed this on their cars?

You should not have any gap there. I attached pics. If this car is used, I would see If there was a history of accidents on the car unfortunately.

I would check underneath that the car hasn’t been incorrectly lifted other than on the jacking points, causing the side skirts to distort. This is our 2023:

This. The door panel lines up and the rocker seems to poke out more than it should along the door panel itself too. I think this rocker got partially detached but could be wrong.

You can see how the gap grows back to front. This was not installed correctly or improperly lifted.

Upon closer inspection I am concluding that the rocker panels were installed incorrectly. There is no sign of any damage or indentation that could have been caused by lifting the vehicle at improper locations. I'll have my dealer correct this.
