Interesting.
I’m 10mm front and 2mm rear. Bottom pic. You’re rear looks way lower than mine.

I’m finally out of the 4x4 club! KW HAS, Millway Camber Plates (uniball), SPL Adjustable Tie Rods, and 15mm spacers all around. No rubbing. Moderate drop.

Admittedly I’ve absolutely RUINED how the car handles. It’s complete garbage. The HAS, Camber kit and Tie Rods are all out of whack and the car just feels weird in a bad way. That being said, it’s just badly in need of an alignment!

Getting a corner balance, alignment and the tie rods adjusted tomorrow!

Your setup is spot on! Could you share the offsets on both front and rear wheels please? I've been considering a set by MV Forged but not sure if I have enough patience to accommodate the lead time on them. Do you have any rubbing issues? Thanks!

Your setup looks great! I've been considering the KW HAS kit but heard mixed reviews which leaves me on the fence. Some report a "harsh" ride which concerns me as I'd like to maintain a certain amount of plushness. Would love to hear your feedback after you have the balancing and alignment taken care of.

Looks like VT Forged nailed it with the offsets. Andy seems really easy to deal with. Apologies if I missed it, but did you end up with a 19/20 or 20/20 setup? Would you mind sharing the offsets? Thanks!

No worries at all!

Here is what I ordered:

19 x 9.5" +5
20 x 11" +8

This is what equates to the 15mm / 18mm fitment.

Hope that helps!

Front is 20x10 ET 10 / Rear 20x11 ET 10
Only rubs when I reverse and full clock turn
Contact europeanautosource they might have them ready to ship.

Roads here are fairly smooth and I’ve had the MPHAS and KWHAS kits on my past M cars so I’m used to the increase in harshness. I think it depends on your tolerance. My wife doesn’t like it, but she drives an SUV. At lease these HAS kits retain EDC unlike traditional coilovers, which I like.

I’ve heard good things about the Dinan HAS kits and I like that they use softer springs in the rear and progressive bump stops. I would have tried them if I didn’t already have the KW kit from my M4.

I’m also very curious about the CarBahn kits which were tuned by Dinan himself on his personal G82 M4:

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with the KW HAS. Mike over at Extreme Powerhouse says the H&R VTF kit maintains a plush ride while offering a pretty decent range of adjustability (F:25mm - 35mm R:20mm - 35mm). He uses this kit on his daily driver.

Dinan is about to release a HAS kit which is supposed to have been engineered for the G87 specifically (not an M3/4 duplicate). I would probably go with this kit if I had the patience to wait for its release.

That Dinan kit was the one that intrigues me!

I was going to go TCK Coilovers but was recommended the CarBahn HAS by RRT. I went with CarBahn and the ride quality feels the same as stock. They really dialed it in.

Absolutely love the setup!

But dude... I'm at work, tilting my head to see your photos.

I would love to see some more photos of this setup but more straight and less rotated

Had to sell the wheels as moving on to a ‘67 1600 project car. But I think I have a couple “flat/horizontal” photos.

Greetings! I'm trying to decide which offset to go with on a 20 x 11 rear wheel. Hard to tell by the photos you posted, but does your rear wheel extend/poke to the outside of your rear wheel arch at all with the +8 (18mm) offset? I'm not sure if a +11 offset resulting in 15mm will be flush or slightly inside the arch.

Thanks so much!

I just took a few photos, and I'm not sure if they're helpful!

But if this helps, from directly above, you cannot see the wheel or tire. I'm thinking it's essentially perfectly flush. You move just a bit and you can see it.

You can see the wheels from the rear like this since the body tapers away some.

Not sure if this is helpful!

Thanks so much for your response! My eyes might be deceiving me, but from the angle in your picture it looks like the wheel/tire might poke a little. Not that I dislike the look at all! Taping a weighted string to the fender to see how it falls (or holding a ruler against the fender) should give a clear indication... beverage of your choice on me!
