Has anyone mounted the MAD controlled on the outside instead of the battery compartment? If so how did you secure it?

Still debating on which way to go. I don't like the idea of messing with the grommets to the battery compartment and increasing the risk of more humidity going in there.

Also is there an installation manual for the MAD controller?

If you're worried about humidity, I just shot a bunch of silicon caulking onto each grommet where I had to make room for the cables to ensure improve the moisture barrier. If I ever remove the grommets because I no longer have the exhaust controller, the grommets are cheap and replaceable.
