I got lots of compliments at Chick-fil-a and In-N-Out in my G82! Either I go there entirely too often, or maybe they train their employees to compliment the customers!

I went to chick fil a with my wife right after we got it pretty late on a saturday. like 6 teenage boys working in there came out of the drive through to look at it and ask questions

she's been talking shit about the purple ever since I ordered it

The slightly modified ZB g87 gets complimented all the time vs the last heavily modified Mustang was only rarely.

Two of the more humorous recent ones:
1. At a gas station a vw kid comes up and says "whoa I like your car how much did it cost?"
2. Outside of a grocery store loading up, 2 cute girls come up and say "that's a really pretty car, is that blue?" Pretty, smh lol.

I have had mine coming up on 2 years and have had countless "nice car", "love the color", etc. at gas stations, stoplights and whatnot.

At this time of the year it especially gets attention, had it out on Saturday and the ZB really stands out against the snow. Several thumbs up. I really enjoy the "what is it" because of the 50yr anniversary badges, it doesn't jump out like other BMW's.

I hate to say it but I have had a couple of "couldn't afford an M3" type comments but those are usually from people who just don't get it so I ignore it.

It's not just a fun car to drive.

2. After admittingly not doing the greatest parking job but way the fuck away from anyone else, come out to a BG 4 series convertible backing up next to me. My social anxiety ass tries to avoid but they asked if they could take pictures as it matches her color.

Ongod I think is the new “no cap”. Can someone verify? My kid’s asleep.

I've had 3 instances in ~1200 miles of random drivers speeding up to get around me so they can give me a big grin and thumbs up... and that's not even an M2. People love these cars it seems.

Lots of attention whenever I can get mine out. Lots of folks wanting to race, lots of kids flocking. I came out of Scheels one day and had 2 carloads of 20 something’s parked near the car and all of them were taking pictures and complimenting the car. Pretty embarrassing, honestly.

Made sure to start with valves open in M2 though

Lots of hollering and yelling when I did that.

These are pretty rare where I’m at.
