I’ve watched a few videos of installs for this. But I don’t see any of them discussing or showing the white clips I’ve seen mentioned. Where are these white clips?

And what are the square cutouts on the skid plate for? The ones along the front?

The white clips you are referring to will be swapped form the plastic shield to ours . The squares allows you to slide the clips in.

I had no issues with the clips installing my MAD skid plate. Put down the damn power tools and pay attention to fastener tightness.

Only issue I had was figuring out I had to remove the whole front edge/surround of the cooler itself, in order for the plate to sit correctly.
