Shit! I coded my 25 g87 ambient lighting colors no problem.

But now I’m freaked out that I might have choose m3 (which I had before 2x) vs choosing m2 before I coded!

Good news is, it worked fine. But I wonder if I choose the wrong car! Sounds like I might have.

I jusy added two seperate colors to my interior lighting and window interupt OFF.

So I can turn off car, roll the windows up and open my door without the windows stopping. Now they will continue to roll all the way up even if I open my door. Thats all I changed.

It's a good idea to make a list of what changes you made, using which car profile, the date, time, etc. This is helpful in two ways. If something is buggy you can troubleshoot by rolling back changes one by one in reverse order by reviewing your list. If you think you'll remember what changes you made and in what order, good luck. The other is when taking the car in for service and OTA updates; they can reset settings to defaults depending on what modules get updated. Having a list means you can quickly change settings back to the way you like them.

I'm hoping we get more than one menu option to change other than Ivory. Or someone will have to figure out expert mode to change the others like we did for iDrive 7.5:

No but they did tell me after I posted that the new version will have the ability to code multiple color menu options finally!

I did multiple color in mine, but was a little disapointed. It only changes the foot well lights vs all the rest. Its a shame we dont get more ambiant lighting LEDS all around.

Yeah, not much we can do about that. However, I was referring to the fact that we should be able to code not just the Ivory setting, but the others as well so we can get more options without going into expert mode.
