ZTK Brake Pad size

From what I can see, the ZTK package on M240i does include a different shape and size pad.

Had anyone ordered aftermarket pads for this kit? If so what fitment?

I’m looking for EBC bluestuff NDX ideally

I’ve seen some sources claim the Front pad is DP52522NDX, other sources ebcDP52130NDX. For the rear I have seen DP52415NDX and ebcDP52133NDX. If you figure out which ones are correct for EBC blue stuff and install the,, let me/us know.

The first numbers are listed here:
Front
Rear

Hey so I’ve done some extensive research on this and my sources at the bottom. To be clear I am talking about cars with the ZTK option and not the standard version of the car.

I can confirm ZTK (also known as M Technology pack or M Engineering pack) cars have different sized front brake pads, rears are the same across the range. Interestingly the Alpina range share the same upgraded brake pad setup.

None of the EBC part numbers you listed are suitable for cars with the ZTK option.

The correct part numbers for EBC are:

DP52304NDX (ZTK)EBC Bluestuff NDX Front
DP52415NDX (ZTK) EBC Bluestuff NDX Rear

The parts you referenced are either for G42 2 series without the ZTK and the alternative part you list is for the F series cars. I won’t list them to avoid confusion but you can check on the link you posted by scrolling to the bottom of the page and waiting for the “suitable vehicle” list to load.

I personally am leaning towards Pagid Street+ instead.

They do make a front pad for the cars with ZTK and the part number is T8226SP2001

I am still waiting to confirm the Pagid rear part number but it should be the same as non ZTK cars.
