Manual or Auto.
I know this topic has been beaten to death, but I’m conflicted.
I’ve read that the power this car makes is better suited for the auto transmission, but I’ve also seen videos that say the manual is the more fun option. I know the CS will be launching with the auto only, so technically I could get a standard M2 in auto, add a tune and I’d be in CS territory. But then again, if I do a manual, it’s the closest I can get to a 911 GT3 without dishing out 250k+. What are your opinions? |

I have a manual and it’s nice, sometimes in traffic (I daily my g87) I do wish it was an automatic… I think though an automatic it can feel like a Honda Civc just give it gas and go… a manual on the other hand feels like a fast Honda Civic with a manual transmission 🤷🏻‍♂️ lol

Manual before they’re gone. It’s more engaging and more fun because there’s an extra pedal and you actually have to select gears yourself with a cool ass hand shifter! I’m a manual fanboy though and have 2 other late model manual vehicles. If I was going to get an auto, it would probably be a GTR or G80 Xdrive but then I think at that point you might as well go full EV and get a Plaid or something. Cars have become less fun even if they’re faster so I tend to want to have manual

Drive both and decide. NO one here is you, and feels what you do when you drive YOUR car. Its that simple. Its your money to spend not ours lol.
