Has anyone else had any issues with the Traffic Camera Information app since the last system update?

I noticed mine had stopped notifying me of any so I went to check it and the app is just completely unresponsive in my car. No matter how many times I tap on it, nothing happens. All other apps are working fine.

I have tried updating apps & services in the system settings & holding the volume button until the display turns off but no difference.

This may have to do with damage from the hurricane. Remote Start is also not working for many many people

I'm in the UK, not US so I would be surprised if that was causing the issue.
Additionally its literally only the Speed camera app not working, everything else is. I've emailed BMW support as I can't figure a resolution.

Mine still works. Are you sure it’s not just due for renewal. It only
lasts 1 year.

Yeah its not due until Jan 2025

I had the same thing. Had to call the support and they do the manual reinstall of the app.
After that, working perfectly.

Mine has done the same several times....always after a BMW Software update. Rebooting the i-Drive got it back every time.

Finally got mine working by holding down the volume button until the iDrive had rebooted around 5 times (Basically see a blank screen 4 times then release)

Did an idrive update as described in previous posts. Only took one 30sec reboot & all is now fine, Traffic Camera App working fine now. Thank you to all who posted the solution.
